* Fixed a bug in the VHDL code for the joystick port #2

* RP-INDEX.INI file, GAME list and DEMO lists are optional.
  If they are not present, the corresponding menu does not show up.
  
* Empty USER directory does not show garbage on the menu anymore

* Up to 10 D64 images can be selected with the USER menu.

* One level of sub-folder is supported in the /C64/USER/ folder.
  Sub-folders show up with yellow color

* SD-Card write timings are relaxed for slow SD-Card.
  It is anyway recommended to use a fast SD-Card.
